Therapy
Individual therapy involves a collaborative relationship between a client and a therapist working towards specific goals. Sessions are tailored to meet each individuals' needs and can range in frequency, topic, approach, and length of time. These factors will be mutually agreed upon and discussed throughout treatment.

Trauma
Healing from past experiences can feel like a daunting task. Often when we experience trauma, we struggle to find a place to put the thoughts and feelings, which can be overwhelming. It can lead to feeling stuck or unable to move on. Ironically, trying to simply put the trauma from ones's mind can make it even more difficult to move past the experience.

Working with individuals who have experienced trauma is one of our specialties. By addressing the trauma head-on in treatment, we can process your past so you can experience the present and move on to embrace your future. You can heal from your trauma, and you don't need to do it alone.
Adults
Dr. Holladay and Dr. Vandegrift work with adults of all ages on a variety of issues. This includes mood disorders, substance use issues, relationship problems, complicated family dynamics, anxiety, and even just general stress and difficulty managing life's challenges. Whatever you're going through, we can tackle it together.
Teens
Adolescence is a time of change, growth, and challenges. For some teens, it can be a stressful period to navigate. Therapy can be a great place for your teen to learn coping skills, process changes, explore emerging identity, process emotions, and gain insight into themselves and their goals.

Therapy with adolescents often involves the parents and can help bridge the gaps that often form as your teen navigates increased independence and responsibility. We strive to respect your child's privacy and confidentiality while also ensuring the whole family can benefit from involvement in therapeutic services.

We work with teens aged 14 and up. In Pennsylvania, 14-year-olds are able to sign their own consents and make decisions regarding their mental health. Therapy is a great way to provide them with a safe space to support their growth.
